LYSA Partners with Lebanon Breakfast Rotary

Lebanon Breakfast Rotary Club has partnered with LYSA on naming rights of the soccer complex. Soon a new sign will be placed out front that will show a new complex name of LEBANON BREAKFAST ROTARY SOCCER COMPLEX. We are excited about our new partnership and you will see the announcements in the local papers this week. More exciting news coming the summer.

SUMMER CAMPS!

With Summer right around the corner, many kids are looking for activities to do while out of school. Why not look into a week long soccer camp. We have 3 being offered in the area June and July.

Wilson County Soccer (WCSC) Camp (2012 Camp Flyer)

Check out the flyer as this camp will be provided by our very own Select Soccer Coaches that are ODP (Olympic Development Trained) with National Coaching Licenses.

Beginners Camp – (4-6 Years Old)

June 18-21 • 8 am – 10:30 am

Intermediates and Advance (6-14 Years Old)

June 25-29 • 8 am – 12:30 pm

July 9-13 • 8 am – 12:30 pm

Cumberland University Soccer Camp (Camp Flyer)

About LYSA

LYSA was established in 1994 and has seen significant growth each season with about 550 kids partcipating in the Spring season and 450 in the fall in Recreational soccer division and approximately 100 in our Select (travel) program.

LYSA is a 100% Non-profit, volunteer board supporting thousands of children annually by help from our great sponsors, donations and simply our season league fee's.

As you know, Soccer is one of the fastest growing sports in world as well as in Wilson County. Our goal is to see continued success while offering a fun and learning experience for all children in the city and county. Soccer offers many important skills in life that all children can benefit from such as:

  • Teamwork
  • Fun & Healthy Exercise
  • Social Interaction
  • Healthy Competition

We currently offer two levels of soccer play for children interested in the sport. 

1) Recreational soccer is open to all children ages 4-14 years of age and is a fun way to learn and develop soccer skills while engaging in friendly competition. 

2) If you or your child seeks a more advanced level of play, the Wilson Co Soccer Club is the answer! We have some of the best coaches in the area with boys and girls Select teams ranging from 12 to 18 years in age. Our D.O.C., Peter Anthony, is a ODP (Olympic Develop Program) trained coach and can definitely help develop those raw skills taking them to the next level.
